
The safety and welfare of staff, clients and tenants are always given top priority. The competency of our operatives on-site is fully assessed in line with CDM 2007.
All subcontractors are given a full induction when they first arrive on site, to ensure that they are aware of the published site rules and procedures. Risk Assessments and Safety Method Statements are produced for all sites and these are fully communicated to all workers and civilians involved. These are available upon request.
It is the policy of Glenn Slater Contractors Ltd to comply with the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 by taking all the necessary measures to ensure the health, safety and welfare of all employees and third parties who may be affected by the company’s activities. It is the company policy to provide adequate resources, funding and to employ competent persons to meet the company commitment to health & safety. All levels of management actively promote and support this Health & Safety policy to ensure effective organisation and arrangements for its implementation. We are registered with Mecsafe, who manage our documentation and focus our commitment to Health & Safety.
